Ms. Roy practices as a civil and commercial litigator, specifically in the fields of civil and contractual liability. Her work requires that she emit legal opinions and advice to resolve and also to prevent legal disputes. She is also regularly mandated to draft contracts, write government contract bids or simply to review them.

An accomplished litigator, she is also called upon to advise, guide and lead clients who are involved in law suits and to represent their interests before Quebec’s court system.

Ms. Roy joined the firm in order to expand her law practice and to bring everything she can to the world of class action lawsuits.

• Obtained her Bachelor’s of Laws from Université Laval with the international profile;
• Member of the Quebec Bar Association (Called to the bar in 2005);
• Member of Quebec city’s Young Chamber of Commerce;
• Volunteers with the Club des petits déjeuners du Québec.
